nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for a Medical Advisor & Counselor who can act as a trusted first point of contact between DRIP LABS and prospective clients, existing members, physicians and healthcare partners.

nThis is not a conventional telesales or call-center position.

nThe role requires a candidate who understands the healthcare ecosystem, is comfortable discussing health and wellness services with consumers and doctors, and can translate complex medical and wellness concepts into simple, credible and understandable conversations.

nThe Medical Advisor & Counselor will be responsible for understanding a client's requirements, educating them about relevant DRIP LABS services, addressing questions, coordinating with the clinical team when required, and guiding qualified prospects toward the appropriate consultation or next step.

nThe role will also involve consultative sales and business development, including lead conversion, follow-ups, treatment/protocol pitching and relationship management.

nThe ideal candidate should be able to combine:

nHealthcare understanding + Medical communication + Consultative counseling + Sales ability + Relationship management.

nWHAT YOU WILL DO

n

n1. Medical & Wellness Counseling

n

n
- Speak with prospective and existing clients to understand their wellness objectives, concerns and expectations.
n
- Educate consumers about DRIP LABS' wellness services, protocols and consultation pathways using approved medical and clinical information.
n
- Explain the purpose, process and general benefits of relevant wellness protocols in a clear and responsible manner.
n
- Communicate complex healthcare and wellness concepts in simple, consumer-friendly language.
n
- Understand common questions, concerns and objections related to IV wellness, recovery, nutrition, healthy aging, longevity and related services.

n

n2. Consultative Sales & Lead Conversion

n

n
- Manage inbound and outbound conversations with qualified healthcare and wellness leads.
n
- Understand the client's requirement before recommending the appropriate consultation pathway or service information.
n
- Present DRIP LABS' treatments and wellness solutions in a consultative, educational manner.
n
- Explain treatment/protocol journeys, consultation processes and relevant service information.
n
- Communicate the value proposition of premium medical wellness services.
n
- Address consumer objections related to efficacy, safety, process, pricing, commitment and expectations using approved information.
n
- Convert qualified prospects into consultations, appointments and eligible bookings.
n




- Maintain structured follow-ups with prospects who require additional time or information.
n
- Build long-term relationships rather than relying on transactional sales.
n
- Consistently work toward agreed conversion, revenue and customer acquisition objectives.
