Role Description This is a full-time, in office Medical Representative role based in Surat.

The Medical

Representative will promote and sell pharmaceutical and healthcare products to medical professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include meeting healthcare providers, presenting product information, conducting product demonstrations, and answering medical and technical queries. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups,



and providing high-quality customer service.

The Medical

Representative will also track sales activities, report market feedback, monitor competitor actions, and collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, with experience in promoting pharmaceutical or healthcare products.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product profiles and explain them accurately.
- Candidates should possess robust negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant academic background in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation, using basic digital tools, and preparing sales reports.
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales will be an advantage.
