We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our team.
The role involves extensive fieldwork and travel to different locations in and around Indore to establish Medyseva partnerships with medical stores and pharmacies for providing teleconsultation services to their customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pharma sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently manage field visits and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to different locations in and around Indore to identify and visit potential medical stores and pharmacies.
- Meet medical store owners and pharmacy managers to introduce and explain our teleconsultation services.
- Establish and manage partnerships with medical stores for offering teleconsultation services to their customers.
- Generate recent leads and convert prospective medical stores into active partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new pharmacy partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure smooth coordination with partner stores.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for new medical store tie-ups and business development.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Gather market feedback and identify opportunities for expanding the teleconsultation network.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful onboarding and ongoing support of partner medical stores.
Candidate Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Medical Representative (MR), Pharma Sales, Medical Sales, or Field Sales.
- Strong understanding of the pharmacy/medical store market and healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with medical store owners and pharmacy managers.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and extensive local travel.
- Good knowledge of Indore and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred/required.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Important – Field & Travel Job
This is a field-based and travel-intensive role. It is not an office-based position.
The selected candidate will be required to travel extensively to different locations near Indore, visit medical stores/pharmacies, meet store owners, generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and establish new partnerships for teleconsultation services.
Candidates with 4–5 years of experience in MR or Pharma Sales and who are comfortable with extensive field travel are encouraged to apply.
