Sushruta Pharma is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our Sales & Marketing team at Bhubaneswar HQ.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products, building professional relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail Sushruta Pharma products to doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular doctor and chemist visits as per the assigned daily/monthly plan.
- Develop and maintain robust professional relationships with doctors and retailers.
- Ensure proper coverage of the assigned doctor list and territory.
- Generate prescriptions and support product growth in the assigned area.
- Collect market feedback regarding products, competitors, and market activities.
- Maintain accurate daily visit reports and submit required sales reports on time.
- Ensure effective implementation of company marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Follow company policies, reporting systems, and professional standards.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to communicate with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and disciplined approach to work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/mobile reporting applications will be an advantage.
