Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our Medical Billing team. The selected candidates will receive training on US healthcare billing processes and will work with patient and insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn and understand the US healthcare and medical billing process.
- Review patient and insurance information for accuracy.
- Enter and update billing and patient information in the system.
- Process medical claims accurately and within required timelines.
- Review claim-related documents and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Graduate / Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts.

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

Shift: Day shift 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Timings

Should be adaptable with night shift timings (8:30 Am to 5:30 Pm).

5 Days work - Fixed shift (Saturday and Sunday Week off).
