Drive sales growth by building relationships with healthcare professionals, chemists, and stockists over phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote pharmaceutical products and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls and conduct tele-detailing for doctors, pharmacists, and stockists.
- Present product features, benefits, and therapeutic uses clearly.
- Generate leads, process orders, and follow up on repeat orders and payments.
- Onboard current client accounts to expand territory coverage.
- Maintain call logs and client details in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in pharmaceutical sales, telesales, or tele-detailing.
- Skills: Excellent phone communication, product detailing, negotiation, and CRM knowledge.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
