Freedom Fighter Hakim Ajmal Khan Hospital, Mumbra, a unit of Platinum Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., is hiring a Medical Administrator – NICU to coordinate the clinical and administrative functioning of its Neonatal & Pediatric Services.
Qualification: BAMS / BHMS / BDS MBA / MHA in Hospital Administration preferred
Experience: 2–7 Years; hospital administration / NICU / Pediatric department experience preferred
Location: Kausa, Mumbra, Thane
Employment: Full time
Joining: Immediate joining preferred
Salary: Negotiable based on qualification & experience
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of the NICU
- Coordinate Neonatologists, Pediatricians, NICU RMOs and nursing staff
- Ensure adequate medical and nursing manpower and duty-roster coverage
- Monitor NICU admissions, occupancy, discharges and patient flow
- Ensure timely consultant rounds and appropriate clinical documentation
- Monitor NICU case papers,
progress notes, consent forms and discharge documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH standards and infection-control protocols
- Maintain daily NICU performance and operational reports
- Coordinate patient/relative counselling and grievance resolution
- Monitor availability of medicines, consumables and essential NICU requirements
- Participate in clinical audits, infection-control activities and quality improvement
- Coordinate with HR, Nursing, Pharmacy, Billing, Quality and Hospital Administration
- Escalate clinical or operational issues to the Medical Superintendent / Management
