:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to supervise mechanical fitting, maintenance, installation, and shop-floor activities at our factory/plant. The candidate will be responsible for manpower supervision, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely completion of mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise mechanical fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance activities.

· Allocate work to fitters and technicians and monitor daily progress.

· Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.

· Ensure proper alignment, fitting, dismantling, and assembly of machinery.

· Read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment specifications.

· Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments.

· Identify mechanical faults and ensure timely troubleshooting and repairs.

· Monitor availability and proper use of tools, spares, and materials.





· Maintain daily maintenance and work-progress reports.

· Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and housekeeping requirements.

Candidate Profile:

· ITI (Fitter) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

· 10–12 years of relevant experience in a factory, manufacturing plant, or engineering industry.

· Solid hands-on knowledge of mechanical fitting and industrial equipment maintenance.

· Good manpower handling and team supervision skills.

· Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.

· Ability to work effectively in a plant/shop-floor environment.

· Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
