Role Description: The Mechanical Sales & Marketing Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for workholding, fastening, and lifting solutions, as well as managing existing customer accounts. The engineer will provide technical product demonstrations, prepare quotations, support application engineering, and collaborate with customers to recommend suitable solutions for their machining and industrial setups.

Daily responsibilities also include preparing sales proposals and marketing materials, conducting market research, participating in industry events, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer support.



The role requires frequent customer visits, technical presentations, and continuous follow-up to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Mechanical Engineering knowledge with a solid understanding of industrial and machine-tool applications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for interpreting technical drawings and supporting application-based solutions.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance and Inspection skills to assess equipment conditions, verify installations, and ensure product performance.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Automotive or related manufacturing sectors to understand customer processes and requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong technical sales aptitude, including negotiation, customer relationship management, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in the field, willingness to travel for customer visits, and a results-oriented approach.
