We are looking for a Senior Principal Electromechanical Hardware Architect with 15+ years of experience in electromechanical product architecture, system integration, commercial product development, testing, product launches, and field issue resolution.

? Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end electromechanical hardware architecture for complex commercial products.
- Translate market requirements and customer needs into product and system architecture.
- Lead integration of mechanical, electrical, electronics, controls, sensors, actuators and other subsystems.
- Drive products from concept → prototype → testing → validation → production → commercial launch.
- Lead system-level verification, validation and qualification testing.
- Support manufacturing ramp-up, production readiness and product lifecycle activities.
- Lead root-cause analysis,



failure investigations and field complaint resolution.
- Work closely with R&D;, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, Service and Product Management teams.
- Drive improvements in reliability, manufacturability, cost, quality and serviceability.
- Convert customer feedback and field issues into product enhancements and next-generation requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
