Role Description The Mechanical Engineering Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for HPIPL’s parking solutions. The role involves working with CAD tools to create and refine mechanical layouts, conducting technical feasibility studies, and ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and quality standards. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, assisting in project planning, reviewing engineering drawings,



and coordinating with manufacturing and installation teams to resolve technical issues.

The specialist will also participate in testing and validation of mechanical components, provide technical documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge, with experience in mechanical design and applied engineering principles.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for creating, modifying, and reviewing detailed mechanical drawings and models.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for problem-solving, performance analysis, and evaluating design options.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and on-site installation teams.
- Candidates should possess Project Management abilities to support planning, scheduling, and coordination of engineering activities.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, experience in industrial or infrastructure projects, and familiarity with ISO standards and safety regulations.
- Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of automation systems, basic electrical or controls understanding, proficiency with engineering software, and experience in the parking, mobility, or construction sectors.
