Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in day-to-day engineering and production activities.

- Understand and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

- Assist in the design, development, modification, and improvement of mechanical components/equipment.

- Support production and manufacturing activities and ensure work is carried out as per specifications.

- Assist in identifying and resolving basic technical and mechanical issues.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Maintenance departments as required.

- Assist in inspection and measurement of components using basic measuring instruments.

- Prepare and maintain engineering reports, checklists, records, and documentation.

- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities, where applicable.

- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company processes.

- Assist in preparing BOMs, material requirements, and other engineering documentation.





- Participate in continuous improvement and process improvement activities.

- Perform any other engineering-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.

- Understanding of Engineering Drawing and GD&T; basics.

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, fabrication, casting, and sheet-metal work.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA will be an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Understanding of mechanical measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

- Basic knowledge of materials and their properties.

- Understanding of basic quality and inspection procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
