We are looking for Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our Production & Manufacturing team. Selected candidates may be assigned to roles such as Machine Helper, Machine Operator, or Machine Programmer, based on their skills, interest, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Helper / Trainee

- Assist machine operators in day-to-day production activities.
- Load and unload components/materials safely.
- Support tool, fixture, and material handling.
- Learn machine operations, safety procedures, and production processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S around the workplace.

2. Machine Operator

- Operate CNC/VMC/lathe or other production machines as per assigned work.
- Follow production drawings, work instructions, and process sheets.
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Gauges.
- Maintain production quality and achieve assigned production targets.
- Perform basic machine setting and tool changes as required.
- Report machine, quality, or production issues to the supervisor.

3. Machine Programmer / Trainee Programmer

- Learn and develop CNC/VMC programs as per component drawings and processes.
- Understand basic G-code/M-code and machining parameters.




- Assist in tool selection, offsets, and program corrections.
- Support process improvement and cycle-time reduction.
- Ensure programs are properly verified before production.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
- Basic knowledge of machining processes, CNC/VMC, turning, milling, etc.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor.
- Valuable learning attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Career Growth Freshers will be provided on-the-job training and may progress from Machine Helper/Trainee → Machine Operator → Setter/Programmer → Senior Operator/Production roles, based on performance, skills, and organizational requirements.
