Role: ME Workprep Engineer Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Work Instructions (WI) / SOI for manufacturing processes.
- Use PLM tools like 3DEXPERIENCE/DELMIA for process planning and documentation.
- Handle work preparation activities including EBOM–MBOM, routing, and work orders.
- Support process planning, PFMEA, and Control Plan development.
- Interpret engineering drawings and ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
- Work with SAP for production and order management.
- Provide shop floor support and drive process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience in Work Instruction/SOI creation.
- Experience in 3DEXPERIENCE, DELMIA, or other PLM tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of Work Preparation: EBOM, MBOM, consumables consumption, routing definition, and work order creation.
- Awareness of PFMEA and knowledge of Control Plans.
- Basic Manufacturing Engineering (ME) knowledge.




- Experience in process planning and hands-on proficiency in SAP.
- Basic knowledge of the aerospace industry, engineering drawing interpretation, and aerospace standards.
- Shop floor exposure is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Work Instruction / SOI preparation, preferably in 3DEXPERIENCE (or a similar application).

Experience: 3-5 years Education: Degree in Engineering / relevant field
