We are looking for a qualified and experienced MD Pathologist to join our diagnostic team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for accurate interpretation and reporting of pathology investigations while maintaining high standards of quality and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and review pathology reporting as per laboratory protocols.
- Interpret histopathology, cytology and other relevant pathology investigations.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely release of reports.
- Review critical and abnormal findings and communicate appropriately.
- Maintain compliance with laboratory quality standards and protocols.
- Coordinate with laboratory teams and other medical professionals.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
- MD / DNB in Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience in diagnostic pathology preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pathology reporting and laboratory practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a multidisciplinary team.
- Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
