Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a General Medicine MD, based at the Hindu Mission Hospital in the Greater Chennai Area.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients with a variety of medical conditions, prescribing appropriate treatments or referrals, and performing necessary medical procedures.



The physician will be involved in patient education, follow-ups, and contributing to the overall excellent standard of care at the hospital. Collaboration with other specialties and the healthcare team will also play a key role in this position.

Shift Timing : Morning 9 to 12

Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of general medicine, disease diagnosis, and treatment
- Proficiency in patient care, consultation, and clinical decision-making
- Ability to collaborate with other medical teams and specialties
- Compassionate communication skills and a patient-focused approach
- Adaptability to serve both urban and underserved rural populations
- Possession of MBBS and MD in General Medicine from a recognized institution
- Eligibility for registration with the relevant medical council
