Role Description This is a full-time, in office MBBS Doctor role based at Cupid Clinics in Bengaluru. The doctor will conduct comprehensive consultations, take medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order or interpret diagnostic tests for sexual health conditions, including HIV and STIs. They will manage treatment plans, provide follow-up care, and offer counseling on sexual wellness, risk reduction, and preventive strategies.

The role involves coordinating with laboratory services, documenting clinical encounters with accuracy,



and maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards. The doctor will also participate in patient education initiatives, contribute to clinical protocols, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to enhance quality of care.

Qualifications

- Valid MBBS degree from a recognized institution and current registration with the relevant medical council.
- Clinical experience in internal medicine, sexual health, infectious diseases, or related fields, including diagnosis and management of HIV and other STIs.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, history taking, physical examination, and evidence-based treatment planning.
- Ability to provide non-judgmental, gender-neutral, and LGBTQ+ affirming care, with high standards of empathy and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with national and international sexual health guidelines, preventive care, and counseling on safer sex practices.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi) is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid care environment (online and offline) and using electronic medical records or digital health tools.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate in a team-based setting, and participate in training and continuous professional development.
