- Strong subject knowledge and specialisation in Mathematics for primary classes (Class 4–5).
- Excellent understanding of Mathematics in Hindi is mandatory, as the students are from a Hindi-medium, UP Board school.
- Strong knowledge of calculation, number sense, problem-solving, arithmetic, and other primary-level Mathematics concepts.
- Ability to identify learning gaps and provide targeted support to students.
- Knowledge of Navodaya entrance-level Mathematics/mental ability will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of other primary-level subjects such as Hindi, English and EVS.
- Should have valuable classroom management and student engagement skills.
