Job Title: Olympiad Faculty (Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Biology) (grades 6 to 10 )

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly passionate, scholarly, and result-oriented

Olympiad Faculty member to train advanced students for national and international competitive examinations (such as RMO, INMO, IMO, NSEP, NSEC, NSEB, and NTSE). The ideal candidate possesses deep conceptual clarity, advanced problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of mentoring students to achieve top ranks. You will be responsible for designing high-level curricula, developing rigorous testing materials, and cultivating a deep love for analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities1. Classroom Teaching & Mentorship

- Deliver advanced lectures that go beyond standard school board curricula, focusing on deep conceptual understanding and higher-order thinking skills (HOTS).
- Teach specialized Olympiad topics (e.g., Number Theory, Combinatorics, Advanced Geometry, and Algebra for Math; Non-calculus/Calculus physics and advanced mechanics for Science).
- Provide personalized mentorship to high-potential students to help them crack national and international competitive tiers.

2. Curriculum & Content Development

- Design and update comprehensive Olympiad study material,



assignments, and daily practice problems (DPPs).
- Create mock test papers that accurately simulate the pattern, difficulty level, and framing of actual Olympiad examinations.
- Develop innovative shortcuts, alternative problem-solving methodologies, and analytical tricks to save time during exams.

3. Performance Monitoring & Doubt Resolution

- Conduct rigorous doubt-clearing sessions to resolve complex student queries individually or in small groups.
- Analyze test performance metrics to identify learning gaps and design targeted remedial interventions.
- Keep parents informed of their child’s academic progress and provide strategic counseling to boost student confidence.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Background: B.Tech / M.Tech from premier institutes (IITs, NITs), M.Sc, or Ph.D. in the relevant subject domain.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of dedicated experience teaching advanced batches for Olympiads (KVPY, NTSE, Olympiads) or advanced tiers of JEE/NEET.
- Achievements (Preferred): Prior qualifiers of RMO/INMO, JEE Advanced top rankers, or national-level Olympiad medalists will be given solid preference.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
