Job Title: Master Data Coordinator

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and maintain master data information from Business Units, data owners and relevant stakeholders.
- Support Product OR Tariff/Trade-related master data activities, including information such as:

- Product/SKU and product family
- Product classification and related attributes

- Suppliers and lead times
- Safety stock and other planning-related fields
- Tariff, HSN, labelling and trade-compliance-related information
- Perform basic data validation, cleansing, completeness checks and reconciliation to identify missing, incorrect or

inconsistent information.
- Coordinate with Business Units and authorised ERP/SAP teams for master-data creation, modification and correction

requests.
- Follow up on pending requests and maintain master-data trackers, request logs and status reports.
- Maintain supporting documentation, data templates and reference information for continuity and auditability.




- Support periodic review of master data and highlight gaps or discrepancies to the appropriate data owner.
- Assist in improving data quality, standardisation and accuracy across Supply Chain processes.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advance Excel, SAP/ERP exposure
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Basic understanding of master data, supply chain processes

Qualification
- Graduate in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in master data, supply-chain operations, ERP support, data processing or a similar role.
- Skilled at Data Entry & Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Reconciliation.
- Prior exposure to SAP/ERP Exposure.
- Advanced Excel proficient.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
