Marketplace Growth Manager — Nap Chief

Nap Chief is a fast-growing D2C kidswear brand, selling on our own website and major marketplaces like Myntra, FirstCry, and Amazon. We're looking for a sharp, MBA-background Marketplace Growth Manager to own our entire marketplace business.

What you'll do:

- Own revenue and profit (CM2) targets across Myntra, FirstCry, Amazon, and other platforms
- Manage pricing, discounts, and sale-event participation
- Run platform advertising (Amazon Ads, Myntra PLA, etc.)
- Own catalog quality, listings, and content across platforms
- Plan inventory and sell-through with the buying team
- Track account health, returns/RTO, and platform relationships
- Manage a small team of marketplace associates

What we're looking for:

- MBA required, with a sharp and analytical mindset




- 3–4 years managing marketplace/category P&Ls; (at a marketplace or a brand selling on them)
- Strong with spreadsheets and SKU-level data
- Familiar with Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, or similar tools
- Track record of driving revenue or profit growth, with numbers to show for it
