About the Role

You'll own the systems behind 3Gi's marketing: HubSpot, outbound sequencing, tracking, lead scoring and reporting. Your job is to make sure the right message reaches the right people across LinkedIn, email, Google and AI search, and to show what it returned. This is a technical role, not a content or strategy role. Copy and communication sit with our Communications Lead, who you'll work with closely.

3Gi Technology is a UK managed service and security provider. We run IT support, security operations and virtual CIO (vCIO) governance for businesses of 50 to 1,000 users, most of them privately owned or private equity backed.

Our clients work in sectors such as financial services, legal, real estate, recruitment, logistics and manufacturing. Our services cover AI enablement, security and governance, managed IT support and vCIO governance.

Key Responsibilities

Own HubSpot and build the audiences used across LinkedIn, Amplemarket and Google

Finish the Amplemarket build and get sequences running against target accounts

Run LinkedIn, email and Google campaigns





Own tracking and attribution across GA4, Google Tag Manager and HubSpot analytics

Build lead scoring and automate the handover from marketing to sales

Build dashboards for the CRO and the fortnightly steering committee

Build tools and automation using AI (Claude) and Lovable

Look after technical SEO and AI search readiness on the website

What We're Looking For

Hands-on ownership of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or a similar platform

Hands-on HubSpot experience

Strong GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking skills

Confident with data and comfortable working with APIs

Practical use of AI tools to build things

Good understanding of the sales funnel (lead, MQL, SQL, chance)

Location / Working Pattern

Full time, with a three month review point. Work From Home.

UK Timings (IST 11 AM- 8:30 PM)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
