We're looking for someone who wants real ownership, not busywork.

Kith & Kin is a quality-assured home-visit service for NRI families with elderly parents in Delhi NCR — trained associates who visit, check in properly, and send families abroad a same-day report they can trust. We're small, founder-led, and growing carefully rather than quickly. This is a chance to help shape a brand from close to the ground floor, working directly with the founder.

What you'll actually do

Identify and engage with online communities where our audience gathers — NRI forums, relevant Facebook groups, Reddit threads — and start genuine conversations that introduce people to Kith & Kin

Follow up on inbound leads via WhatsApp, keep the leads tracker updated, and help move conversations toward a consultation

Reach out to potential partners — RWAs, hospitals, diagnostic centers, NRI community groups — to explore referral relationships

Basic market and competitor research

Support content creation when needed — writing captions or copy for review





Help coordinate associate visit schedules and logistics

Respond to comments and DMs on our social channels

Brainstorm with the founder on ideas, strategy, and problem-solving as things come up

General support across marketing, operations, and whatever else the business needs day to day — this is a small, early-stage team, so the role will flex and grow with it

Who we're looking for

Must be a graduate

Based in Faridabad/Delhi NCR, able to work in office

Must be a good English speaker

Comfortable writing in a warm, human voice — not corporate-speak

Organized enough to not let a WhatsApp thread go quiet for three days

Comfortable with ambiguity — the scope here is broad and will evolve

Genuinely comfortable with the subject of ageing and elder care

Compensation: Pay + incentive available. Performance incentives apply on confirmed client leads.

Internship, on-site, Faridabad. Start: immediate.
