Launch Cycle

India

Launch Cycle is a performance marketing agency. We run paid media, SEO and GEO, creative and reporting for over 20 brands across India, Singapore and Korea, with a delivery team of eight based in India. A lot of our reporting and analysis already runs through Claude, connected to our ad accounts, analytics, CRMs and SEO tools through MCP servers, and we want far more of it to.

What this role is

You turn what a client wants into what the team actually does.

A client tells you where they want to get to. You work out what will get them there, put it in front of them so they can follow the reasoning, and then give the team direction on what to run and in what order. When our read differs from theirs, you make the case and land it without bruising the relationship.

Our Leads already know how to run campaigns. What they need from you is a clear call on what matters this month and a strategy they can execute without guessing. You will not run campaigns day to day.

We're signing new clients regularly, so you'll also own onboarding: getting each one from a signed agreement to live campaigns without anything dropping.

You will work directly with both founders. Raghav, our co-founder and CEO, stays close to the team and the work. Siva, our co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer, runs brand, creative and new business. The point of this role is to take decisions off their desks, so the business does not wait on either of them to move.

What you will own

Client direction and communication

- Sit in client conversations and get to what they actually want, including the part they have not said out loud
- Build a strategy that holds their vision and reflects what we think will work, then present it so the reasoning is visible
- Give the Leads direction they can act on: what we are moving, which channels carry it, what comes first and what waits
- Take the hard conversations yourself, whether that is a month below target, a client asking for work beyond what we agreed, or a date we missed
- Own the day-to-day client relationship on most accounts, and step in before a client has to escalate
- Read reports before they go out and check they answer the goals the client gave us

New client onboarding

- Run onboarding yourself for every new client, from the signed agreement to the first campaign going live
- Get platform access, tracking,

Google Business Profile and reporting set up, and check they work before any spend goes out
- Run the kickoff call and turn the proposal into a working plan the client agrees to
- Hand the account to the right pod with a brief they can run from, and stay close until the first report lands

Delivery operations

- Run the team's weekly rhythm: capture action items from client calls, give each one an owner and a date, and follow up until it closes
- Decide how accounts are structured on Meta and Google, and review structure changes before they go live
- Run the monthly ad budget cycle, where Leads submit budgets by the 25th, they are approved by the 28th, and they go live on the 1st
- Catch tracking and reporting problems early and get the right person working on them

AI and work efficiency
- Find the work the team repeats every week, like reporting, data pulls, briefs, QA checks and status updates, and replace as much of it as you can with AI workflows
- Build and maintain those workflows with the team in Claude and Claude Code, on top of the MCP connections we already run to every system we use
- Keep our Claude setup current as recent models and features ship, and decide which ones the team should adopt
- Train the team to use them properly, and keep a record of what each workflow does and who owns it
- Track the hours each workflow saves, and drop the ones that do not earn their keep

The team
- Balance account load across the pods as clients join and leave
- Keep our SOPs and internal docs up to date as the way we work changes
- Run hiring for the delivery team on the few occasions a year we add someone

What we need you to bring
- 5-7 years in agency account management, client servicing or marketing operations, with real time spent in front of clients
- Stakeholder management. You can hold a room, deliver a bad month without losing the client, and get people to agree on a plan they did not walk in agreeing with.
- Clear communication, written and spoken.

You follow up before anyone has to ask, and clients and teammates never have to chase you.
- You've onboarded new clients before and know what usually gets missed: access, tracking, and what each side expects from the other.
- Enough working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and GA4 to question a Lead's plan, judge whether a number looks wrong, and explain the strategy to a client in their language
- Fundamentals of SEO, plus GEO and AEO, meaning how a brand gets found and cited in AI answers as well as in search results. Enough to review an SEO plan, tell whether the work is moving anything, and defend it to a client.
- Familiarity with the SEO and GEO tools we run: SE Ranking for search, Searchable for AI visibility and share of voice, Microsoft Clarity for AI citations and crawler activity, and Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. You don't need all of them on day one.
- Working knowledge of Claude and Claude Code, both using them day to day and setting them up for a team. You keep up with new releases and know what changed.
- Working knowledge of MCPs. Every system we use is connected to Claude through one, and you'll use them to pull data and run analysis across accounts.
- Hands-on experience building AI into real work. Tell us about a workflow you set up that saved your team time, and roughly how much.
- The habit of keeping work in systems other people can read. We use Notion and Slack.

Who will struggle here If you need a detailed brief for every task, or you would rather pass a client's request straight to the team than form a view on it first, this probably is not the right fit. You will get context and a direct line to both founders, and then we expect you to run with it.

What we offer

- A direct working relationship with both founders and real authority over how the agency delivers
- A small team, where your work is visible from your first week
- Room to shape how an agency uses AI, with the tools and budget to try things
- Remote-first, based in India, with hours that overlap Singapore time
- Pay that is competitive for the level, with room to grow the role as the agency grows

If you want to own how an agency delivers its work, and you would rather build the AI workflow than keep doing the task by hand, we would like to talk.
