Chandigarh
Employer: SkySun | Location: Mohali (Chandigarh Tricity), Punjab, India | On-site | Full-time
Schedule: U.S. Pacific business hours (night shift, India time) supporting U.S. operations
You will be employed by SkySun, an international company operating in multiple countries, and based in Mohali. You will run marketing for its U.S. operations across three brands. The primary focus, and most of your time, is a U.S. home electrical services company.
The other two are lighter: a U.S. solar company and a U.S. lead-generation company, each needing a steady but small amount of work. You will also handle SkySun's own brand look and feel, which is light as well. Each brand has its own strategy, voice, and channels.
This is a heavy, heavy player-coach role. You start with a team of zero. You will build most of the work yourself: ads, creatives, copy, blogs, web pages, listings, posts, clips, and reports. You will be given a budget to hire a team of 4 to 6 under you (designers, ad specialists, content creators, editors) and it is on you to build it and make sure they run on AI the same way you do. Speed matters. You should be posting within your first week, not planning for a month.
What you will own
1. Paid performance (Meta first, Google second)
- Run Meta (Facebook / Instagram) as the primary lead channel: launch and test hundreds of
creatives per week, read the data, kill losers fast, and scale winners.
- Run Google Local Services Ads, Google Ads (Search / PPC), and Google Business Profile as the
core Google stack.
- Own budgets, bids, audiences, landing pages, and creative testing across all brands.
- Use attribution and analytics tools (Hyros, Triple Whale, Google Analytics, call tracking) to know
exactly where every lead came from.
- Test and open new lead channels as they earn it: YouTube first, then TikTok and Snapchat.
1. Google Business Profile and local presence
- Manage many GBP profiles across many cities for each brand: daily posts, real photos, Q&A;,
services, hours, and review responses.
- Track ranking and performance per profile and fix what slips.
- Own listings and accreditation channels (Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Angi, Nextdoor, and similar)so every brand looks established and trusted.
1. Reviews and reputation
- Own review generation and management across every channel: Google first, then Yelp,
HomeAdvisor / Angi, BBB, Facebook, and any other platform where reviews can be earned.
- Keep every profile at a 4.8 to 4.9 star rating or higher. Build the process that asks for reviews after
every job, responds to every review, and flags any drop right away.
- Report review count, rating, and response time per profile, per brand, every week.
1. Geo-targeting and geo-fencing
- Set up geo-targeting across Google, Meta, and LSA so spend goes to the neighborhoods and cities
where we want jobs.
- Build geo-fencing campaigns around high-value areas (target neighborhoods, competitor locations,
supply houses, events) and track which zones turn into booked work.
- Use job and lead data by zip code to shift budget toward the areas that produce the most revenue.
1. Website, SEO, and content
- Own the websites for all three brands: SEO,
service pages, location pages, and landing pages. Build
multiple new pages per week using Claude, ChatGPT, and other tools.
- Publish 3 to 5 blog posts per day across the brands. AI can help you draft, but every post is edited to
read as human, factual, and specific. Nothing that looks AI-generated goes live.
- Write copy: ads, pages, emails, scripts, social. Copy is one of the most important skills in this role.
- Work with the U.S. content team: brief video and photo shoots, get footage edited, get it posted, and keep the pipeline moving.
1. Social media and LinkedIn
- Build and run the social strategy per brand: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Set
daily, weekly, and monthly posting cadences and hit them.
- Own the company LinkedIn presence for sales, customer-facing, and employee-facing audiences.
- Review outcomes on a set schedule (daily, weekly, monthly): what posted, what it did, what changes next.
1. Creative production with AI
- Produce a high volume of creatives fast using AI tools: Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Midjourney,
Runway, Claude, ChatGPT, and whatever is best this month.
- Clip fast. Turn long-form content (podcasts, job-site footage, interviews, training videos) into short
clips for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook the same day. Use tools such as Opus Clip, Descript, CapCut, or similar.
- Keep a robust eye for design. Everything that ships looks professional, tight, and on-brand.
- Make sure your team uses AI the same way. Leverage tools before you leverage headcount.
1. Brand and messaging
- Run a distinct brand strategy for each of the three U.S. brands and keep it stable from top to bottom:
ads, pages, listings, social, sales collateral.
- Streamline company messaging so sales, customers, and employees all hear the same story.
- Handle PR internally as needed: announcements, awards, local press, partnerships.
1. Reporting, documentation, and vendors
- Build dashboards using AI and Claude: spend, cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, CAC,
review counts, and ranking by brand and market.
- Document processes, cadences, and playbooks so the work runs every day without you.
- Manage lead aggregation channels and, over time, lead vendors: pricing, quality, and performance.
1. Team
- Start with no team. Own the hiring budget and build a team of 4 to 6 from scratch: designers, ad
specialists, content creators, editors.
- Set daily and weekly targets. Review output. Push for volume and quality at the same time.
Requirements (all of these are required)

- AI-native. Daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, or similar for creative, copy, pages, and reporting. You stay current on new tools.
- Clipping and short-form video. Fast, hands-on at cutting long content into short clips with hooks, captions, and brand styling. You can turn a one-hour recording into ten posts in a day.

- Has set and run posting cadences (daily / weekly / monthly) and reviewed results against them.
- Understands marketing KPIs (CPL, cost per booked appointment, CAC, ROAS) and can build the dashboard.

How success is measured
- Cost per booked appointment by channel, by brand.
- Creative test volume per week and number of winners scaled.
- GBP ranking, review count, and rating growth per location; every profile held at 4.8+ stars.
- Booked jobs by target zone from geo-targeted and geo-fenced campaigns.
- Pages and blog posts published per week; organic traffic and lead growth.
- Clips produced and posted per week from long-form content.
- Posting cadences hit on every channel, every brand, every week.
- Team hired and running on AI at high output.
Who you are A builder and a doer. High energy, fast-moving, detail-obsessed. You would rather ship ten things today and fix two tomorrow than plan for a week. You have taste you know what looks professional and what looks cheap. You use AI to move faster than anyone around you. You want to join early, start with nothing, and build the marketing function and the team from the ground up.
