Position: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities and promotional campaigns for the restaurant.

- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, and coordinate content creation.

- Coordinate with the design, PR, digital marketing, and operations teams for campaigns and events.

- Plan and promote special events, offers, festivals, live music, and restaurant activations.

- Develop partnerships with corporates, influencers, hotels, colleges, and local businesses to increase business.

- Monitor competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and promotional activities.

- Coordinate with agencies/vendors for digital marketing, photography, advertising, and promotional materials.

- Support the restaurant team in achieving sales and customer footfall targets.





- Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.

- Ensure proper branding and marketing communication across all restaurant locations.

Requirements

- Experience: 3–5 years

- Hospitality / Restaurant / F&B; background preferred.

- Positive knowledge of social media and digital marketing.

- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Creative, energetic, and result-oriented approach.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel locally and work during events or promotional activities when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
