Sai Security & Facilities Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to generate recent business and acquire corporate clients for our Manpower Outsourcing and Staffing Services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating B2B leads, conducting client meetings, understanding manpower requirements, preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms and converting prospects into long-term manpower contracts.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing, Recruitment Services or Contract Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business opportunities for manpower outsourcing services.
- Identify companies with current or upcoming manpower requirements.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, online research, LinkedIn, email and field visits.
- Contact HR Managers, Admin Managers, Facility Managers, Operations Managers, Procurement Managers and Business Owners.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Understand client requirements including:
- Number of manpower required
- Job roles
- Salary requirements
- Shift timings
- Location
- Working hours
- Weekly offs
- Joining timelines
- Statutory requirements
- Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with management for manpower costing and pricing.
- Negotiate commercial terms with prospective clients.
- Follow up on quotations and proposals until closure.
- Convert leads into Work Orders / Purchase Orders / Manpower Contracts.




- Coordinate with the Recruitment and Operations teams after receiving client requirements.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify additional manpower requirements from existing clients.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, client meetings, quotations and follow-ups.
- Submit daily and weekly business development reports to management.
