MARKETING MANAGER

LOCATION: Chalappuram, Kozhikode.

QULAIFICATION: DEGREE

EXPERIENCE: ABOVE 1 YEARS (experience in Health Industry is a Plus)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Type.

Location: Candidates from Calicut preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Planning

- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote laboratory testing and research services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, client segments, and competitor activities

Brand and Communication:
- Create and manage content for marketing materials, digital campaigns, social media, brochures, and presentations.
- Coordinate branding activities to maintain a consistent corporate image.

Client Engagement & Business Development
- Build relationships with hospitals, clinicsDoctors,research institutions, and other potential clients.
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and seminars to represent the laboratory.

Lead Generation & Conversion




- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Work with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into active clients.

Collaboration & Coordination
- Liaise with technical teams to understand laboratory capabilities and translate them into client-friendly communication.
- Coordinate with external vendors for printing, advertising, and promotional activities

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, CRM platforms).
- Ability to understand and simplify technical/scientific information.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
