We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that strengthen the school’s brand presence, increase enquiries and admissions, and build strong relationships with parents and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing and admission strategies.
- Plan and execute digital, offline, BTL and ATL marketing campaigns.
- Generate and manage student admission leads through multiple channels.
- Manage social media platforms, content planning and online promotions.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors and media partners.
- Plan and execute school events, promotional activities, exhibitions and community outreach programs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build strong relationships with parents, prospective families, corporates and community stakeholders.
- Track marketing campaigns, enquiries, conversions and ROI.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and performance updates for management.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all promotional materials.
- Identify new opportunities for school visibility, partnerships and admissions growth.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth lead follow-up and conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.




- 3–6 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and lead generation.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, coordination and negotiation abilities.
- Creative mindset with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and commonly used digital marketing tools.

Preferred

- Experience in school/education marketing and admissions.
- Knowledge of local market and community outreach.
- Experience in managing BTL activities, events and promotional campaigns.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM and lead-management platforms.
