Brand & Content Strategy

- Define and maintain the brand's voice and visual identity in India

- Set content direction across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

- Oversee influencer marketing strategy and partnerships

- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (Diwali, Wedding Season, etc.)

Channel Management

- Own and optimize the brand's presence on Amazon, Flipkart and Nykaa

- Drive conversion and revenue growth across all online channels

- Manage product listings, reviews, and platform promotions

- Oversee D2C storefront performance and CX

- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV)

Marketing Strategy

- Build and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with revenue targets

- Analyze channel performance data and adjust strategy accordingly

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the Indian beauty space

- Social content planning and action

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
