About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive the marketing and business development activities for our roofing and building materials products.

The candidate will be responsible for developing market strategies, generating new business opportunities, strengthening dealer and distributor networks, managing customer relationships, and increasing the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for roofing and building material products.
- Identify new markets, customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, fabricators, and project opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through field marketing, channel development, customer visits, references, digital marketing, and other sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, consultants, contractors, builders, fabricators, and project customers.
- Promote products such as roofing sheets, PPGI/PPGL sheets, GI sheets, Purlins,



Decking Sheets, Standing Seam Roofing, and related steel building products.
- Conduct regular market visits and understand customer requirements and market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, schemes, and market strategies.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Management teams to ensure smooth customer execution.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, product presentations, and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare marketing plans, sales-support materials, market reports, and competitor analysis.
- Identify opportunities for increasing brand visibility and product penetration.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, market visits, leads, and business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding marketing
