Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote prosthetic and orthotic products and services.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, physiatrists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation centres, hospitals, and clinics.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential referral partners.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate leads and convert them into enquiries and business opportunities.
- Explain Kare Prosthetics & Orthotics' products, services, and patient-care approach to prospective referral partners and customers.
- Coordinate with the clinical and technical teams to ensure smooth patient communication and follow-up.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs, exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional activities.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, content promotion, and online lead generation.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the prosthetics and orthotics sector.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and provide feedback on market opportunities.




- Follow up with existing patients and referral sources to strengthen long-term relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, rehabilitation, prosthetics & orthotics, physiotherapy, or allied healthcare will be an advantage.

Languages required - English + Kannada + Hindi + Tamil + Telugu Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
