We’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Intern who enjoys getting things done, is enthusiastic about AI and technology, and wants to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

This is a hands-on internship where you’ll work on campaigns, lead generation, content, WhatsApp marketing, data, and day-to-day business operations.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Supporting lead-generation campaigns across Meta, Google, WhatsApp, and social media
- Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns for properties and prospective buyers
- Creating marketing content, ad copy, social media posts, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Managing and growing Openhouse’s social media presence
- Using AI tools for research, content creation, analysis, and marketing automation
- Creating property content, ad creatives,



and marketing communication using AI tools and Canva
- Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive marketing and operational tasks using AI
- Researching current AI tools and identifying relevant applications for business workflows
- Generating and nurturing buyer leads through outreach and marketing campaigns
- Executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns and following up with prospective buyers
- Maintaining lead databases and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Tracking the lead-to-visit-to-conversion journey and maintaining accurate records
- Testing different messaging, creatives, and campaigns to improve lead quality
- Coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Tracking property visits, leads, and campaign performance
- Preparing reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets
- Maintaining accurate data across internal systems
- Identifying operational gaps and supporting improvements to internal processes
