About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join us for a full-time, 3-month remote internship, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent full-time position based on performance.

You will support our day-to-day marketing activities across research, strategy and campaign execution, and gain hands-on experience in marketing within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

- Assist with market research, analysing trends, competitors and customer needs
- Help develop and refine marketing strategies
- Contribute to digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Gather and analyse customer and market data
- Prepare marketing materials and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging




- Support basic sales activities, including preparing presentations, drafting outreach content and responding to customer inquiries professionally

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly, collaborate with the team and engage with clients and prospects
- Ability to conduct market research and analyse trends, competitors and customer needs
- Interest or experience in marketing strategy and basic sales activities
- Customer-service mindset with a professional, responsive approach
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Compensation

- Internship stipend: ₹3,000–₹5,000 per month for 3 months
- Full-time salary on conversion: ₹3–4 LPA
