About TETR
Five years ago, we started Masters’ Union; our vision: to redefine the landscape of business education. We posed a simple question: If aspiring doctors learn from seasoned physicians and budding lawyers learn from legal experts, why shouldn't future business leaders learn directly from industry experts?
After all, can a lecture on Accounting 101 truly compare to the hands-on experience of analyzing real PnL statements?
Today, Masters' Union has an unparalleled curriculum with faculty comprising Industry Leaders and practitioners unlike any other in the country. Our academic council includes CXOs, MDs, Eminent Public Leaders, and even Members of Parliament. In just four years of operations, our flagship PGP in Technology and Business Management has achieved remarkable success, surpassing the placement records of esteemed institutions like IIM Ahmedabad and ISB.
Masters’ Union is now ranked among the top 2 B-schools in the country based on placement records.
With our growing global recognition, we realized that the hands-on experience of building real businesses, which proved to be highly effective for students in India, could offer immense value to aspiring entrepreneurs worldwide.
Thus, the idea of Tetr was born.
Picture this: a business program that isn't just about textbooks and lectures—it's an adventure that spans 7 different countries, with each semester bringing a new destination and a wealth of experience. Imagine studying at iconic institutions like INSEAD, NUS, SDA Bocconi, and IIT and learning from some of the brightest minds in the business world like Dr.
Edward
Rogers (Former Chief Knowledge Officer, NASA), Mr.
Faverie
Stephane (Executive Group President, Estee Lauder) and Mr. Saud Swar (CBO, American Express, MENA). From launching eCommerce ventures in Dubai to tackling tech startups in Silicon Valley, our students traverse the globe, building businesses and making a tangible impact. At Tetr, the world is your classroom.
If this excites you, and you resonate with our vision, then we’d love for you to come and build with us.
About this Role
You will lead the GTM function across TETR’s portfolio, working closely with the Lead of Marketing and Category Leads to turn business priorities into integrated marketing strategies and measurable growth. This is not a role where you own one channel or one category. You own how marketing comes together to move the business.
You will work across Brand, Performance, Influencer, Content, Social, CRM, SEO, Media, Partnerships and Growth, ensuring every function is working towards a common objective - building demand, driving qualified leads and ultimately contributing to revenue.
You’ll be expected to think strategically, move fast and get deep into the details when required. Most importantly, you will have extreme ownership of outcomes - from the strategy and the marketing plan to the numbers at the other end.
Specifically, this role will involve
- Leading the end-to-end GTM strategy across TETR’s portfolio, working closely with the Head of Marketing and individual Category Leads.
- Translating category and business objectives into explicit marketing strategies, priorities and execution plans.
- Building integrated plans across Brand, Performance, Influencers, Content, Social, CRM, SEO, Media, Partnerships and Events.
- Identifying the right audiences, propositions, channels and moments to drive growth.
- Ensuring marketing plans are connected to business and revenue outcomes, not just marketing activity.
- Creating a strong operating rhythm across the central marketing team and category teams.
- Partnering with the Head of Marketing and Category Leads to strengthen the positioning and narrative of each TETR category.
- Developing campaigns that make TETR distinctive, culturally relevant and aspirational.
- Ensuring campaigns balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial objectives.
- Setting a high creative and communication bar across campaigns, content and major brand moments.
- Identifying opportunities to build cross-category brand equity and synergies.
- Working closely with Performance and Media teams to drive qualified demand and acquisition at scale.
- Building and optimising full-funnel journeys across awareness → consideration → lead generation → nurturing → conversion.
- Understanding and actively managing metrics including CPL, CAC, lead quality, ROAS, conversion and revenue contribution.
- Challenging channel performance, media efficiency, creative effectiveness and audience strategy.
- Building a culture of testing, experimentation and optimisation.
- Constantly asking: What worked? Why? What did it cost? What did we get back? What should we stop doing?
- Building the central creator and influencer strategy across categories and markets.
- Identifying creators who can deliver both brand impact and measurable business outcomes.
- Developing a scalable ecosystem across hero creators, mid-tier creators and niche communities.
- Ensuring influencer investments are driven by clear objectives and measurable returns.
- Understanding how to turn creators into distribution, credibility and cultural relevance, rather than simply paid media inventory.
- Working with Content and Creative teams to build an always-on content engine across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Developing content IPs and formats that build both organic reach and demand.
- Understanding what makes content travel organically and how to turn attention into consideration.
- Ensuring paid and organic content work together as one system.
- Helping identify opportunities to create cross-category content platforms and IPs.
- Partnering with CRM and Category teams to build stronger lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing.
- Ensuring prospects receive the right communication based on their stage in the funnel.
- Using behavioural insights to improve engagement, application and conversion rates.
- Building strong feedback loops between Marketing, CRM, Performance and Category teams.
- Building SEO and organic acquisition as long-term growth engines across categories.
- Identifying high-intent search opportunities across priority markets.
- Working with Content and SEO teams to build content strategies that improve discoverability, qualified traffic and conversion.
- Understanding how search, content and brand demand compound over time.
- Helping develop marketing strategies that can scale across India and international markets.
- Understanding how audiences, platforms, creators and cultural behaviour differ across geographies.
- Experience working across global markets is a strong plus, particularly MENA, Southeast Asia, LATAM, Europe and the US.
- Knowing when to build globally and when to localise.
- Building a measurement framework that connects marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Tracking brand, acquisition, funnel and commercial metrics across categories.
- Understanding where marketing is creating incremental value and where it is simply creating noise.
- Owning and influence marketing budgets with a strong focus on return on every rupee spent.
- Being comfortable challenging large spends, reallocating budgets and killing things that aren't working.
- Presenting marketing performance and investment decisions confidently to the Head of Marketing and senior leadership.
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to shape the overall marketing strategy and operating model.
- Acting as a strategic marketing partner to Category Leads, helping them translate business objectives into strong GTM plans.
- Leading and mentoring marketing team members across relevant functions.
- Building a culture of high standards, low ego, speed and accountability.
- Creating strong collaboration between central marketing functions and category teams.
- Developing people who can independently own problems rather than wait for instructions.
Ideal candidate will have
- 9-12 years of experience across integrated marketing, brand, growth or GTM roles.
- Strong experience owning full-funnel marketing and GTM, preferably in a high-growth consumer, education, technology or new-age brand.
- Proven experience taking products, categories or businesses to market and scaling them.
- Strong understanding of Brand, Performance, Influencer, CRM, SEO, Content, Social, Media and Growth.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets with clear accountability for ROI and business outcomes.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset - you naturally look at the numbers behind every marketing decision.
- Strong creative instinct - you can recognise a great idea quickly and know how to make it sharper.
- Deep understanding of digital and organic consumer behaviour.
- Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Global market experience is a strong plus, particularly across MENA, Southeast Asia, LATAM, Europe, US or other international markets.
- Comfortable working directly with founders, the Head of Marketing and senior leadership.
- Strong bias for action, ownership and experimentation.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
