About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across research, content, reporting, coordination, and day-to-day marketing activities.

This is a support and learning-focused role. The intern will work closely with senior team members and assist with ongoing marketing initiatives across different channels.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in marketing, be comfortable with research and data, have good communication skills, and be comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and the quality of their work.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Support

· Assist the marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities and assigned tasks.

· Support senior team members in executing ongoing marketing initiatives.

· Help coordinate marketing tasks, timelines, documents, and deliverables.

· Maintain organized marketing files, trackers, and documentation.

· Assist with internal marketing requirements as assigned.

· Support the team across multiple marketing projects and activities.

- Market & Competitor Research

· Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and market developments.

· Research competitors, their marketing activities, content, offers, and positioning.

· Collect relevant information from websites, social media, search engines, and other sources.

· Prepare research summaries and reports for senior team members.

· Identify relevant trends, insights, and opportunities that may be useful to the marketing team.

· Assist in researching target audiences and customer behavior.

- Content & Communication Support

· Assist in preparing email content, marketing materials, and other communication.

· Support content research, brainstorming, ideation, and basic content planning.

· Assist in preparing presentations, reports, pitch decks, and marketing documents.





· Proofread and format marketing materials before submission.

· Help the marketing team maintain consistency and accuracy across marketing materials.

- AI-Assisted Marketing & Productivity

· Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools to support daily marketing activities.

· Use AI for research, brainstorming, content ideation, summarization, data organization, and productivity.

· Write clear and effective prompts to get useful outputs from AI tools.

· Use AI to assist with competitor research, content ideas, reports, presentations, and other marketing tasks.

· Review, fact-check, edit, and improve AI-generated outputs before using or sharing them.

· Explore new AI tools and workflows that can improve marketing team productivity.

· Demonstrate good judgment when deciding what should and should not be delegated to AI.

We are looking for someone who knows how to use AI as a productivity tool—not someone who simply copies and pastes AI-generated content.

- Marketing Data & Reporting

· Collect marketing data from various sources and maintain accurate records.

· Update Excel/Google Sheets trackers and marketing reports.

· Assist in preparing weekly and monthly marketing reports.

· Track basic marketing metrics and highlight important changes to senior team members.

· Assist senior team members in preparing client and internal reports.

· Ensure data and reports are accurate, organized, and submitted on time.

- Administrative & Coordination Support

· Assist with routine administrative tasks related to the marketing team.

· Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

· Send documents and follow up on assigned tasks when required.

· Maintain trackers and ensure information is updated regularly.





· Coordinate with internal team members for basic marketing requirements.

· Assist in scheduling and organizing marketing-related tasks and activities.

· Take up additional marketing support responsibilities assigned by senior team members.

What We're Looking For

· Strong interest in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding, Advertising, or Business.

· Good working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered productivity/marketing tools.

· Ability to use AI effectively for research, brainstorming, content, analysis, and productivity.

· Ability to write clear prompts and get useful results from AI tools.

· Ability to verify, fact-check, edit, and improve AI-generated information.

· Good communication and writing skills.

· Strong research and analytical abilities.

· Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to work with data and prepare structured reports.

· Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.

· Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior team members.

· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while keeping seniors updated.

· Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
