Marketing Head – Solar Industry

PolaAR Renewable Energy Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing and business development activities in the solar energy sector.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the Solar Industry, with Rooftop Solar experience preferred. The candidate should have robust communication, leadership, marketing, customer relationship, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's solar products and services.
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for business growth.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales and technical teams to provide suitable solar solutions.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on marketing activities, leads, and conversions.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and business discussions.

Candidate Requirements:

- Age:



30–40 years
- Experience: 3–5 years in the Solar Industry
- Rooftop Solar experience is preferred
- Educational Qualification: Any Degree
- System Knowledge: Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer handling and business development skills
- Target-oriented approach with good negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for customer and business meetings when required

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience
