Job Title: Marketing Head – Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead and manage the marketing activities of our real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, and offline marketing activities.
- Generate quality leads through various marketing channels.
- Manage marketing campaigns, budgets, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to achieve business targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Build and maintain the company’s brand image.

Requirements:





- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate.
- Robust knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage marketing teams and agencies.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other marketing platforms.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Qualification: Any Degree relevant to Marketing

Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
