- Strong leadership and team management skills

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across production, design, social media, and community management.




- Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency in brand positioning and communication.
- Identify and reach out to potential brands and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective brand partners.
- Work closely with the founding team on business, marketing, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and projects.
- Monitor team performance, project progress, and overall marketing deliverables.
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives from planning through execution and reporting.
