FX Interior Executors is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head with strong experience in the interior design and execution industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate current business opportunities and leads.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the Marketing Executive team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Allocate leads and marketing activities to Marketing Executives and track their performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Identify new customer segments, market opportunities, and potential business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and other business partners.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to understand project requirements and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Monitor lead follow-ups, client meetings, site visits, and conversion progress.
- Prepare and maintain marketing reports, lead reports, sales pipelines, and performance updates.
- Ensure Marketing Executives follow up with leads promptly and maintain proper customer communication.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.




- Represent FX Interior Executors professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Take responsibility for overall marketing performance and continuously improve lead generation and conversion processes.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outdoor marketing, field marketing, business development, or sales.
- Experience in the interior design and execution industry is preferred.
- Strong network and market knowledge within the interior, construction, architecture, and real estate sectors.
- Good understanding of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple business opportunities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
