We're hiring: Marketing & Growth Consulting Intern (Part-Time, 6 Months)
Businesses today don't just need more marketing. They need people who can understand their market, customers and competitors, and turn that understanding into practical growth.
At Better Insights, we work with Indian MSMEs across healthcare, education, manufacturing and qualified services. We're looking for a curious intern to join our consulting team and work on real client projects from day one.
What you'll do
- Research client businesses, industries and competitors
- Study customer profiles, market trends and growth opportunities
- Help analyse marketing, sales and digital performance
- Prepare client research and consulting meeting briefs
- Track action plans and client progress
- Explore practical uses of AI and automation in marketing and sales
- Build reports, presentations and growth recommendations
- Learn and apply our UAP Growth OS™ consulting framework
Who should apply
Freshers are welcome,
especially MBA/BBA/PGDM students or recent graduates interested in:
Marketing Consulting | Business Growth Consulting | Strategy | AI & MarTech
No consulting experience needed. We're looking for curiosity, strong research skills, basic marketing knowledge, comfort with AI tools and a real willingness to learn.

- Part-time internship, ~15–20 hours/week
- Duration: 6 months
- Full-time permanent offer for strong performers after the internship
- Growth path to Business Growth Analyst / Associate Consultant roles
