Rama University, Kanpur is inviting applications from motivated, target-oriented and dynamic professionals for the position of Marketing Executive in the Marketing / Admissions Department.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives for university programs and admission objectives.

Generate, manage and monitor leads through various online and offline marketing channels, with a focus on lead quality and conversion support.

Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Admission Teams for effective campaign execution, lead follow-up and conversion.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and strengthen marketing strategies.

Plan and execute promotional activities, education fairs, school/college visits, admission events and field marketing initiatives.

Develop and coordinate marketing collaterals including creatives, brochures, presentations and other promotional materials.





Develop and maintain professional relationships with schools, colleges, consultants, agencies and other institutional partners.

Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, lead generation and conversion metrics.

Prepare timely daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing activities.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and online advertising

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and performance reporting

Solid coordination, follow-up and relationship management skills

Ability to work with defined targets, timelines and deliverables

Creative thinking, problem-solving and execution capabilities

Willingness to travel for field marketing and outreach activities, as required

Preferred Qualification

Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
