Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in offline marketing, field marketing, education marketing, sales, or business development.
- Experience in education/university marketing will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities for NIILM University.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational centres for student outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, teachers, counsellors, and institutional representatives.
- Organise and coordinate seminars, career counselling sessions, workshops, admission drives, and student interaction programs.
- Represent NIILM University at education fairs, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Generate quality student leads through field visits, events, and institutional outreach.
- Coordinate with the admission/counselling team for lead follow-ups and conversions.




- Identify new institutions and opportunities for expanding the university’s outreach.
- Maintain records of visits, meetings, leads, and follow-ups and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for brochures, flyers, banners, standees, and other promotional materials.
- Conduct basic competitor and local market research.

Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Knowledge of the local education market will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining records.
- Ability to interact confidently with students, parents, teachers, and institutional representatives.

Pay Scale

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

(Based on experience, skills, and relevant industry experience.)
