Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive / Manager to drive business development, client acquisition, and marketing activities. Experience in the Advertising/Media/Entertainment industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and acquire clients through field marketing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve sales and business development targets.
- Handle market visits and expand the company's client base.
- Coordinate and supervise marketing activities and team members, where applicable.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Advertising, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and under supervision.
- Leadership/team-handling experience preferred for Manager-level candidates.
