Job Summary

Udaya Technologies is looking for a Marketing Executive – Electrical MEP Services with 2–4 years of experience in Electrical, MEP, Construction, EPC, Engineering Consultancy, or Building Services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, promoting the company's electrical engineering services, and converting enquiries into projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Electrical MEP Design and Engineering Services.
- Identify upcoming commercial, residential, industrial, hospital, hotel, IT, infrastructure and institutional projects.
- Develop relationships with builders, developers, architects, electrical consultants, MEP consultants, contractors and project management companies.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking and industry references.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into project enquiries.
- Arrange client meetings and coordinate with the technical team for project discussions.

Electrical MEP Services Marketing Promote the company's electrical engineering services, including:

- Cable Sizing and Voltage Drop Calculations

- Tender & Estimation Support

- Electrical MEP Coordination

Project Identification
- Track upcoming electrical and MEP projects in Chennai and other locations.
- Identify project owners, developers, consultants, contractors and decision-makers.
- Research construction projects from concept/design stage through execution.
- Maintain an updated database of potential electrical projects and clients.
- Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Electrical Consultants
- MEP Consultants
- Architects
- Builders & Developers
- Main Contractors
- Electrical Contractors
- MEP Contractors
- EPC Companies
- Industrial Clients
- Project Management Consultants
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the electrical design team.
- Regularly follow up on enquiries, proposals and quotations.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

Proposal & Tender Support
- Understand the client's electrical project requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team for preparation of proposals and quotations.
- Assist in preparing company profiles,



technical presentations and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals.
- Support commercial discussions and negotiations with clients.

Digital Marketing
- Promote the company's Electrical MEP Services through LinkedIn, Facebook, email and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the technical team to publish project updates and electrical engineering content.
- Support preparation of brochures, presentations and marketing materials.
- Generate business leads through digital marketing activities.

Reporting
- Maintain daily and weekly lead-generation reports.
- Track client meetings, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
- Maintain project and client databases.
- Prepare monthly business development reports for management.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing / Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in Electrical / MEP / Construction / EPC / Engineering industries preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering and MEP services.
- Good understanding of HT/LT electrical systems and building electrical services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-generation ability.
- Good knowledge of the Chennai construction and MEP market will be an advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and digital marketing.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
