We Are Hiring – PCD Pharma Business Development ExecutiveWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive – PCD Pharma to join our team and handle PCD Pharma franchise business development. Key Responsibilities:Generate and develop new PCD Pharma / Franchise business opportunities. Identify potential distributors, stockists, and franchise partners.

Handle customer communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions. Maintain strong and consistent follow-ups with leads and existing customers.

Convert leads into confirmed business opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with PCD Pharma partners. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product details, samples, and orders.

Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Maintain proper records of leads,



follow-ups, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Sales / Business Development. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Solid follow-up and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of PCD Pharma / Franchise business. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to generate leads and convert them into business. Good working knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, and MS Office.
