About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing cum Telecaller to support our business development activities in the e-waste management and recycling industry.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and developing business opportunities for the collection, disposal, recycling, and responsible management of IT and electronic waste.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to companies, offices, IT organizations, corporates, SEZ units, data centers, and other potential customers to generate business leads.
- Identify organizations that have regular requirements for IT asset disposal and e-waste recycling.
- Introduce the company's e-waste recycling and IT asset disposal services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through telecalling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, online research, references, and other marketing channels.
- Maintain and regularly update the database of prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable service offerings.
- Schedule meetings and appointments between prospective clients and the sales/management team.
- Prepare and share basic quotations, company profiles, and service information with customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing customers.
- Assist in identifying new markets, industries, and business opportunities.
- Stay updated on basic e-waste management, recycling,



and compliance requirements.

Target Customers The candidate will primarily approach:
- IT companies and corporate offices
- Data centers
- Banks and financial institutions
- MNCs and large corporate houses
- Manufacturing companies
- SEZ units
- Government and private organizations
- Educational institutions
- Hospitals and healthcare organizations
- Facility management companies
- IT asset management companies
- Companies undergoing office relocation, closure, or asset upgrades

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Commerce will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable making a high volume of professional outbound calls.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and CRM systems.
- Ability to maintain customer databases and sales reports.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on targets and business development.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with decision-makers.
- Prior experience in e-waste, IT asset disposal, recycling, waste management, facility management, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
