About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and business development activities of our architecture firm. The ideal candidate will have a robust interest in architecture, design, branding, and communications, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and create compelling content that showcases the firm's work and capabilities.

The role will involve managing marketing communications, social media, project presentations, business development materials, events, and coordination with internal design teams and external stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Branding

- Develop and coordinate marketing activities aligned with the firm's brand and business objectives.
- Maintain consistency in the firm's visual identity, messaging, and communications.
- Prepare marketing materials including company profiles, brochures, presentations, project sheets, portfolios, and capability statements.
- Coordinate photography, videography,



project documentation, and other marketing assets.
- Maintain an organized library of project images, drawings, descriptions, credentials, and other content.

Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage the firm's social media platforms and online presence.
- Develop content calendars and coordinate regular posts showcasing projects, design concepts, achievements, and company activities.
- Write and edit captions, project descriptions, newsletters, website content, and other marketing communications.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals when required.
- Monitor engagement and prepare basic reports on digital marketing performance.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the firm's website.

Pay: ₹9,722.74 - ₹34,794.87 per month
