Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support marketing campaigns, events, content development, vendor coordination, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to bring creative ideas to marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage marketing calendars, schedules, project timelines, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, agencies, designers, and content writers.

- Develop and coordinate content for social media, websites, campaigns, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

- Contribute strategic ideas and creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.

- Organize and support trade shows, product launches, webinars, events, and other promotional activities.

- Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, invitations, materials, and on-site support.

- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables with internal teams and external vendors.

- Conduct research on market trends,



competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Support SEO/SEM activities, paid advertising campaigns, and website updates.

- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communication platforms.

- Track campaign and event performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

- Gather feedback and insights from campaigns and events to identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare regular marketing reports highlighting campaign performance, key metrics, and outcomes.
