We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Marketing Coordinator who will work closely with our Marketing Consultant and external marketing agency to ensure seamless execution and reporting of marketing initiatives.

Role Overview The Marketing Coordinator will act as the bridge between the Marketing Consultant, the marketing agency, and the internal team. The primary responsibility is to coordinate activities, collect and organize marketing data, follow up on deliverables, prepare reports, and ensure timely execution of marketing plans.

This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with basic marketing knowledge who wants to build a career in digital marketing and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the external marketing agency for ongoing marketing activities.
- Collect campaign reports, analytics,creatives, and performance data from the agency.
- Prepare organized reports and dashboards for review by the Marketing Consultant.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between the consultant, agency, and internal stakeholders.
- Track marketing deliverables,timelines, and action items.
- Follow up with the agency to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.




- Maintain documentation of marketing campaigns, content calendars, and performance metrics.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and data collection.
- Support execution of digital marketing initiatives as guided by the consultant.
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with reports and data.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
